Any suggestions of top level Categories, like "Medications" or Forums, like "Avonex" are welcomed here.
Likewise, suggestions or questions about other things we might be able to do to forums are welcomed. We may or may not have the capabilities, but it's worth checking.

I would just like to say my greetings to all. I joined up here quite a while back and even found my way to chat once or twice but after I had to reinstall windows, I was not able to get back in. Maybe it's Norton or xp2 or what I couldn't tell ya but it's at least nice to have a forum to communicate through.
I know Jeff from Lances old Dream Chat site from a couple years ago. There may be a few others here I know but I'll have to wait and see if I get any replies.
Good to be able to post here. Nice to meet you folks. Looking forward to some interesting topics for discussion. Warm soft huggss, Many regards, Vet

Hi Vet, I think I remember chatting with you and would just like to say I was having a really hard time to get in chat. Try downloading Mozilla Firefox as your web browser. Deb told me about this and I love it and it's so much faster than what I was using before, but the best thing is, I can now get into chat...hope to see you soon. Judy

I've added a couple of boards:
- ChatAccess
This is a real common, and really aggravating problem for many. This is where we will cover all the various kinds of troubles people encounter when atttempting to enter our DreamChat. I will add some logical topics as starting threads.
- Welcome Wagon
Now this ought to be a fairly obvious place for people to introduce themselves, others to welcome them, etc.

Gumdrops (and anyone else with a similar problem) I added a new "Chat Access" Discussion Board for just these kinds of problems. I'll be adding some topic for Internet Explorer, Firefox, Pop-Ups, Firewalls, etc. In the meantime, to the left of the main Chat Login is a link to a bunch of things to check with regard to Internet Explorer and Pop-Ups. In Internet Explorer, invariably the problems relate to Pop-Up Blockers in toolbars added to Internet Explorer. You can check for these toolbars by putting your mouse on the toolbar and rightclicking to see all the toolbars installed with Internet Explorer. Then look for a Pop-Up Blocker on each toolbar that you can turn off. A number of people recently have switched to the Firefox browser for Chat Access and had a much easier time. Take a look at this page : peoplewithms.com/NewsandLinks/Links/Mozilla.htmFirewall problems are common to all browsers, and usually require explicitly allowing access to www.dreamchat.com in order for their pop-up windows to appear. #nosmileys

Red, I had a problem with my Internet Explorer and this is what I was able to do...A lot of times the error is caused by add-ons. Add-ons are software components that add features and functionality to Microsoft Internet Explorer. When you visit a website, an add-on may be downloaded without your knowledge, or you may be prompted to download an add-on. These add-ons may cause Internet Explorer to run slowly or become unresponsive. You can usually spot malicious add-ons under the NAME column in the MANAGE column in the MANAGE ADD-ONS dialog box. Malicious add-ons may have: Blank names; Names that include random characters or have a sequence or numbers and letters; or a publisher name you may or may not recognize. To disable an add-on, follow these steps: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Click the TOOLS menus, and click MANAGE ADD-ONS 3. Click the name of the add-on. 4. Click DISABLE. You may have to restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect after you disable an add-on. If you are unable to access Internet Explorer, try this method of disabling add-ons: 1. Click START, and then click CONTROL PANEL. 2. Double-click INTERNET OPTIONS. 3. On the PROGRAMS tab, click MANAGE ADD-ONS. I hope this helps others that might be having problems. It helped mine up a lot. Betty
